[LATEST] Complete List of Scholarship Boards in Nigeria

Posted By
Fund misappropriation, misplacement of priorities, abuse of political power bedevil most African states, unfortunately affecting educational systems adversely.

In Nigeria, elites send their wards abroad to study because of poor educational infrastructure. Student loans fell from a high of more than 46 million naira between 1972 – 1991, to present meager amounts (consider the huge difference in purchasing power between those times and now). Abstract on Nigerian student loans.

Despite this, some states manage to award scholarships, albeit to indigenes for study at home and abroad.
