Fake Jobs would eventually request for a fee

Understand this, 99% of any job alert that you may come across asking you to pay s certain amount of money before getting a job is a scam. Usually, they would term the required money in different ways e.g processing fee, registration fee and what have you. These names sound legit, right? They may even make up a reason that sounds reasonable for them to be asking for such a fee. My dear, next time you see such, run! A job is supposed to bring you money not take money from you.

Fake Jobs have No official website or social media handles

You can always identify fake jobs alert by how much presence they’ve got on the internet. Check their websites for privacy policies and terms and conditions. Any legal company would always have these two features on their official websites. Also, check their social media accounts and see what people have to say about them. Performing all these checks before responding to a job alert will steer you clear of falling a victim of fake jobs alert. However, you should know that even as mediated as our culture is today, a few companies are still lagging in this area so apply wisdom before discarding any company without a great online presence.

Fake Jobs and their Venue of interview

Many who have fallen victim of fake job alerts have told experiences of how they only started suspecting the hiring company when they were called to some unofficial or dubious locations to be interviewed. So, beware this is always a great way of differentiating a scam from the real deal.
