Hitachi-DST and the Department of Science and Technology, South Africa are pleased to announce the Hitachi-DST Training Scholarship, which qualifies successful applicants for a two-month training program in Japan.
The This training scholarship was developed to improve the capacity of South African engineers in the areas of water and sanitation treatment and service in support of South Africa’s social infrastructure development program.
The sponsors of the scholarship are inviting applications from South African engineers for the 8th edition of the scholarship training program which takes place in Japan.
Applicants are advised that proficiency in English is expected as English will be the common language used in most of the international conferences. Therefore, applicants must have a good knowledge of English as a communication tool. A TOEFL score of 530 or above is preferred.
